Any individual or family living in Williamston, MI, and the surrounding areas is welcome to receive emergency food support. We regularly serve seniors, children, working families, and those facing short-term or long-term food insecurity.

Food pickups happen on the last Friday and Saturday of each month, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. You will be assigned a pick up date and time at the time of your call. Food pickup will happen at:

We don’t maintain daily business hours—but our volunteers are actively working to ensure families in need are served. Refer to our calendar for each month’s schedule.
We welcome individuals, groups, and businesses to help through:
- Food sorting and distribution
Delivery logistics - Food delivery to clients
- Hosting food drives
- Picking up food donations
You can drop off unopened, non-expired non-perishable items—see our Items Most Needed page for specifics. Ensure expiration dates are valid, as we cannot accept expired goods. Call (517) 290-3509 for drop-off appointments.
Money goes much farther: for example, $60 feeds a family of four for six days, and we can stretch cash donations to provide up to 20 times more food than the equivalent in food donations. Learn more or donate online today.
Yes. The Williamston Food Bank is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 38‑2467319), and your donation is fully tax deductible.
During Thanksgiving and Christmas, we offer special food distributions, including holiday meals. Food distribution for Thanksgiving and Christmas happen the Friday and Saturday prior to each holiday. Check calendar for details.
Absolutely. We welcome student volunteers, community groups, corporate teams, and faith-based organizations. We can also provide service hour verification or participate in community service events.
